Glasgow and East Kilbride have studios and one bedroom flats for sale for less than £50,000, some of which in iconic grade II listed buildings. For example, a one bedroom flat in the famous St Andrew’s Court in Glasgow, formerly a Sheriff’s Courthouse, complete with newly refurbished rooms but maintaining its period features, will set you back a measly £48,000. That’s very little money for a lot of history!
